Authored by Rickey Combs My sister has degree in child development and when she graduated she was not sure what she wanted to do with it. Luckily, she got married right after she graduated and her husband made enough money that they could survive on his salary alone. They have been married for several years now, and have a two year old daughter. She really enjoys staying home, but she gets bored sometimes. She and her husband decided that she should run a daycare out of their home. She loves children and with her degree, she knows a lot about them also. Once they took care of all of the legalities of starting a business, she said they needed to set up internet and phone for the daycare. I told her that I heard about going to t1.xo.com/ for small businesses. She said that she went ahead and tried that and it was so easy to set up. I am proud of her for starting her own business. Now, I also have somewhere I can take my own kids without having to worry about their safety. Maybe she will even give me a discount. |

GOOF CENTRAL
I IS HOOKED ON THE UKELELE! After dismissing it as a plinky-plink toy i am now in love with it for it's size and the way the strings are wired... much easier to do solos than on guitar. I could never really comprehend the guitar. Anyway. FIRST VIDEO EVER: +1 for self-entertainment... HA
One also hopes to make heaps of money on the streets while travelling... with some practice... HEH

renting house
Thanks to Erasmo Cortez
We can’t seem to get our old house sold. We’ve had it one the market for almost a year now, and over a dozen people have looked at it, but we’ve had zero offers. There is no way we can afford to house payments, and we are moving in 2 months. If we could find someone to rent it, we would. That way, our mortgage would be getting paid by someone else, and we’d still aquire the equity. Then, when the market got a little better, we could hopefully sell it and get out from under it. I think it would be much more marketable as a rental property if the rent included things like utilities or internet. I’ve got to research satellite internet in my area to see if it is something we can do. I know when we used to rent, our utilities and internet was included in the rent. Not everyone does that, but it sure does make it much more likely that someone would pick our place over another one.

I WILL BE BACK!!!!! TO AUSTRALIA!!!! Soon enough...!!!
So I have been staying at a squat house on and off for 2 weeks... hardcore... well it's not that bad but i don't think it's something i wanna do forever...!!! Lol... But the people there are just awesome, even if the house is nothing to shout about (well what is one to expect of an abandoned building???)...
